we met almost 13 years ago in a law school somewhere in mediola. we were both probinsyana and lady of calculators. being lady of calculators almost everything is quantifiable, measurable, and black and white.
fast forward... 13 years later. i was shocked when i talked to her a few days a ago. she's been with the Bureau for just 3 years but the system's already rubbed on her. she was very proud to tell me that she, together with her "group" already have a "table," if somebody wants something to be fixed they already have a price, but, according to her, if you are a friend it is negotiable. it made me sad. where is our country going...
